We were instructed by JLL on behalf of the landlord to do a full CAT A refurbishment of this industrial unit ready for their incoming tenant. We undertook comprehensive refurbishment works on this project including: a full re-roof, upgrading the current M&E system (including fire alarm), LED lighting upgrade, new external doors, overhaul of the existing roller shutter, new WC and kitchen facilities, internal and external decoration, as well as a new drainage system.
Furthermore, in alignment with the landlord's ESG strategy, we installed solar PVs during our roof renovations and fitted electric vehicle charging stations, helping to future-proof the unit.
We completed this project within a tight timeframe of 9 weeks, successfully delivering the unit to the landlord ready for the prospective tenant to occupy the space. Additionally, our efforts led to an enhancement in the overall EPC for the landlord’s property due to the completed works.
