Tom set up TMT back in 2012 and is a former Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience. Tom believes in the importance of building long-term working relationships with all of his clients. Tom specialises in new business development as well as establishing strong foundations with clients throughout every TMT project. He’s worked across a multitude of sectors, specialising in large-scale, multi-million-pound projects.

James has been a vital member of the TMT team since the beginning and has been a Director since 2015, bringing with him extensive experience of managing and delivering successful industrial projects, including several high-profile projects within the medical, food and retail sectors. James is also our specialist lead on all of our Leisure and Retail projects.

Jerome is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 18 years’ experience within the commercial sector. He brings with him, strong management and communications skills which he has developed through his Commercial Management background. Jerome is also our specialist lead on all our office CAT A and CAT B projects.

Killian, Head of Quantity Surveying at TMT, has a strong track record of managing large-scale projects across a range of sectors. Specialising in cost management, he has successfully delivered complex projects for high-profile clients, ensuring cost efficiency and project success. Killian takes a strategic, detail-driven approach, working closely with both clients and internal teams to maintain financial control and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

As Head of Projects, Jamie brings extensive expertise in leading teams and overseeing complex project portfolios. He supports our site managers across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standards expected of TMT. Jamie acts as the primary point of contact throughout each project, taking a proactive approach to managing client relationships and aligning expectations from start to finish.

Liam is a Lead Quantity Surveyor at TMT, joining the company initially as a trainee QS, he has risen through the business to become Lead QS. He specialises in working on complex large-scale projects across TMT’s portfolio, advising on all elements of the cost envelope throughout.

Mike has a keen interest in all areas of H&S, but he is particularly keen on sustainability and environmental issues, as well as looking at how the carbon footprint of a project can be further reduced on each project. Mike oversees all of our sites, whilst carrying out regular xssite audits alongside the TMT teams on site. He also reviews our sub-contractors’ PQQ documents and insurances before giving them the green light to step onto site.
