Advances in technology used by our supply chain partners helps us to recycle the maximum amount of waste creating a high quality secondary raw material which can be repurposed on future projects.

How we do it

By working closely with responsible waste recycling companies, we are able to:

  • Manage waste simply and effectively, optimising the efficiency of our sites.
  • Appropriately manage waste costs, as landfill sites continue to close and taxes increase on pollutants, raising the costs associated with industrial waste.
  • Help to safeguard natural resources and protect the environment.
  • Fulfil green building certification criteria and comply with evolving waste legislation.

We also understand that sustainability is something that we should all be concerned about, which is why our colleagues work together to make sustainability something which is underpinned in everything we do across the wider TMT business and not just within our worksites.

Incorporating energy efficient Initiatives and ensuring recycling is maximised is key to ensure sustainability targets are met. 3 Hardman Square is a blue print for future clients, and how TMT can help them to address their sustainability targets.
