Appointed by M&G real estate to work within this iconic Manchester city centre shopping centre to install new shop fronts and store strip-outs for new tenants.

Our Approach

Our scope of works for these various projects included: new shop fronts and carrying out structural and other landlord works. Completing store strip outs, installing new structural openings, upgrading escalators throughout the shopping centre, as well as installing new utilities to all vacant stores.

We were also responsible for all mechanical and electrical works throughout the project.

These projects are highly challenging and difficult, working within a live shopping centre environment under strict permits to work and other control measures. Large scale jobs within the project, such as installing new escalators, required meticulous planning and execution to ensure the smooth running of the centre. We have completed several projects for our client here over several years, as a company we are hugely proud to work and be involved with an iconic part of Manchester life.
