Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that specialises in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition.
TMT worked with Fresenius Kabi to design and fit out their new distribution and office facility close to Daresbury Park, Warrington. Given the nature of their business (medical supplies) we had to deliver this large-scale project to exacting MHRA standards, in terms of temperature controls in the warehouse and the construction of a medical laboratory for product testing and development.

To the warehouse we were tasked with providing over 16,000 pallet spaces complete with in-rack sprinklers to FM Global standards, complex data installations for the picking system as well as an air handling system to ensure ambient temperate was maintained throughout the warehouse in all seasons.
A medical laboratory was also constructed to facilitate product testing and research again this was built under strict conditions to maintain cleanliness and the highest standard of workmanship. Meeting rooms and office space as well as staff welfare considerations were also completed as part of the fit out.
