Due to the nature of the building being a Grade II listed building, all works were carried out under approved restoration techniques to safeguard the heritage of the building for years to come.
Our scope of works included extensive brick restoration, stone repairs, installation of replacement window decorations, and the replacement of roof coverings including insulation upgrades.
This project had a tight timescale which we successfully managed on time and on budget. The project also gave us the opportunity to show that good old fashioned craftsmanship is still alive, with thoughtful stone repair and beautiful lead details throughout the external envelope. We continue to have a strong-working relationship with Aberdeen Standard Investments.
