This project involved us completing a CAT A warehouse and office fit out, as well as carrying out a number of essential EPC upgrade works, which saw the completed building being awarded an EPC A rating.
We didn’t stop there, we also managed to introduce other sustainability and ESG initiatives into the project, including the installation of a number of electric car charging points, PV panels fitted to the vast warehouse roof and energy-efficient LED lighting and a new HVAC throughout.
Due to the nature of the fit out and EPC upgrade works, our client has seen noticeable improvements to their overall energy-efficiency and a reduction in energy consumption within the building. The building is now let with a much increased rental income.
