At this stage of our process, it’s about us getting to know your business and understanding what makes it tick. Building long-term relationships with our clients are key to our success.
By investing invaluable time at this early stage, we get to truly understanding your business and your team, ensuring we deliver the perfect project for your business. We will also assign a project lead to each stage of our three-stage process, so you always know who to go to with any questions or queries.

Co-ordination
Our co-ordination stage is focussed on compliance, welfare and design. We start with a series of kick-off meetings with you and your team to understand everything we need to know about the project, your business and your requirements.
This is followed by compliance and welfare checks to ensure everything is correctly in place before we begin the design stage, where our in-house team of design experts co-ordinate all of the design elements related to your project.

Management
This is where we continuously review progress against targets. A full 360-degree review is carried out following the completion of any TMT project, so we can continually review our processes and ensure we’re meeting our client’s needs 100% of the time.
At each stage of a project, one of our team of specialists will be assigned to lead your project from start to finish ensuring project timescales are met, and budgets are followed.
