Tom set up TMT back in 2012 and is a former Building Surveyor with over 17 years’ experience. Tom believes in the importance of building long-term working relationships with all of his clients. Tom specialises in new business development as well as establishing strong foundations with clients throughout every TMT project. He’s worked across a multitude of sectors, specialising in large-scale, multi-million-pound projects.

Gareth has been a Director with TMT since 2015 and he primarily oversees our rail department, working closely with our rail partners Northern Trains, Avanti West Coast, First Trans Pennine Express, Transport for Wales. Gareth’s role is to ensure the communication and collaboration between all partners on our rail projects are working together to complete on time and within the required budget constraints.

James has been a vital member of the TMT team since the beginning and has been a Director since 2015, bringing with him extensive experience of managing and delivering successful industrial projects, including several high-profile projects within the medical, food and retail sectors. James is also our specialist lead on all of our Leisure and Retail projects.

Charlie is a highly experienced Operations Manager who has been with TMT from the very beginning. There isn’t anything Charlie doesn’t know about the team or TMT. Charlie remains the driving force behind any project team, overseeing all elements of a TMT project to ensure the trades are allocated to the correct stages.

Alison is responsible for all financial aspects within TMT. An experienced finance professional, she is a highly meticulous and reliable Financial Director with an outstanding record in client services. She is an adept multitasker and has works on several of TMT’s large-scale projects, offering strong financial recommendations and financial project management.

Gavin has over 15 years’ experience of working within the project management sector and with TMT he specialises in fit-out projects. His meticulous planning and eye for detail always come in handy on any project, working closely with all members of the project team to ensure deadlines are achieved on time and on budget.

Liam is a Lead Quantity Surveyor at TMT, joining the company initially as a trainee QS, he has risen through the business to become Lead QS. He specialises in working on complex large-scale projects across TMT’s portfolio, advising on all elements of the cost envelope throughout.

Simon is a highly experienced Estimator who joined TMT several years ago and who has worked through the business to become Head of Estimating. Simon has worked on many of TMT’s large-scale projects over the years, bringing his knowledge and expertise to the forefront of any project team. Simon specialises in leading on our education projects building strong relationships with all our clients.

Danielle is a Lead Accountant, and she is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of a project. Working closely with Alison Smith in her role as Finance Director, Danielle monitors all project costs in line with the budget, whilst also providing financial forecasting and detailed risk analysis in line with project timescales and significant milestones. Her attention to detail is second to none.

Jerome is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience within the commercial sector. He brings with him, strong management and communications skills which he has developed through his Commercial Management background. Jerome is also our specialist lead on all our office CAT A and CAT B projects.

Nav is our Design Manager, he works on a wide range of TMT’s cross-sector projects, overseeing all the elements of document control and design. Nav has worked on many of TMT’s large-scale projects over the years, bringing his design knowledge and expertise to the forefront of any project team.

Mike has a keen interest in all areas of H&S, but he is particularly keen on sustainability and environmental issues, as well as looking at how the carbon footprint of a project can be further reduced on each project. Mike oversees all of our sites, whilst carrying out regular xssite audits alongside the TMT teams on site. He also reviews our sub-contractors’ PQQ documents and insurances before giving them the green light to step onto site.
